Call Center Agent Job Overview: A company in Tripoli is seeking to hire a female Call Center Agent. she will help customers with complaints and questions, gives customers information about services, take orders, and process returns. Responsibilities and Duties: • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Qualifications: • BA degree in Business Management or Marketing or equivalent. • 1-2 years of experience in the field is a must. • Able to use Computer programs and google sheets. • Exceptional customer service skills.
